Instructions for changing your global security settings

In order for this Aede Eco-Design tool to function properly your Adobe Flash player security settings must be correct. Follow the instructions below to do this.

改变Adobe Flash player全局安全设置介绍

为了能使在AEDE生态设计工具中能从外部网络链接中获得进一步信息，您的Adobe Flash player安全设置必须是正确的。按以下步骤能确保此项功能，注：这些设置不会降低您在访问网络时的安全性。

Note for Windows Users outside Asia:

If you see code in place of Mandarin/Thai characters in text such as that below, you may need to ensure Supplemental language support is installed.

Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Supplemental language support.

You will need your Windows installation CD.

You must also set your browser encoding to Unicode (UTF-8). This setting can be changed in Internet Explorer by selecting View > Encoding > Unicode (UTF-8) (this must be set each time you view a page).

(The manager can also be accessed by right clicking within the Aede tool, choosing settings, then the advanced button)

2. Ensure that the 'Always ask' check box is checked (see image below)

3. Click the arrow on the right hand side of the edit trusted locations drop down menu box (see image below)

4. Choose 'Add location' from the drop down menu box (see image below)

5. Click the 'Browse for folder' button (see image below)

This will open the file browser for your operating system. Browse to your CD drive (if you have more than one CD drive browse to the one you will use to run the Aede tool), highlight it and click 'ok'.

这将会开放操作系统的文件浏览器，指向您的CD光驱（如果您有多个光驱或虚拟光驱，请指向您用来打开AEDE生态设计工具的那个光驱），选择确定。

After clicking'ok' the drive letter of your CD drive will appear in the 'always trust these locations' box, (see image below)

在选择确定之后，您的光驱会显示在信任区域内。


6. Close the internet browser window containing the adobe flash settings page.

6、关闭Adobe Flash设置网页。

7. Once back to the tool, Refresh the browser to activate the settings.

7、在AEDE生态设计工具窗口，刷新网页来确保设置已经成功。
