Paying for a services

When you select services online, you will be asked for :

  • an e-mail address and sometimes other contact information
  • details of the services you are interested in

Credit card details will not be requested on this website.

On receipt of your enquiry, our administator will contact you for further information and the method by which you wish to pay.

The information we collect during membership application and purchasing services

When you join seeba or purchase services you will be asked for:

  • organisation
  • oranisation address
  • job title
  • Number of employees
  • email address
  • telephone number
  • bank or credit card details.

When you become a member and sometimes when you buy services you will be given a username and password.

Other information we collect

You may provide personal data through :

  • calls to our administrator or other seeba staff;
  • letters and e-mails;
  • event feedback forms;
  • any conference, workshop or web talk boxes.

  • to deliver our membership services and inform you of new events/services

If you do not wish to receive this information, please inform the seeba administrator and your will be removed from our circulation lists.


seeba sometimes has to provide statistics to bodies providing funding to seeba so that they can carry out checks on our funding arrangements and our performance and for research and statistical purposes. Where such information is supplied, it is provided in an aggregated manner so that you cannot be personally identified from this information.
