Came accross your notice via infoseek, I a also having to write a project on this subject as a final year student at Swansea University. I'm not sure if your project is more technical than mine. As a business student student, we have to answer the question from a qualitative perspective.
I've only just begun to research. I wondered if you knew of any useful case studies / articles on the web or in journals etc that might be of use.
Of course I promise to repay the favour and any useful information we find I will forward on to you!
