Professor Martin Charter FRSA, Director, The Centre for Sustainable Design ®, will lead a GreenThink! designed to support the development of the Farnham Repair CafĂ© (FRC) and the wider repair/upcycling ecosystem in Farnham. FRC is a new non-profit initiative being led by Transition Town Farnham in partnership with The Centre for Sustainable Design at the University for the Creative Arts. FRC will be launched in early 2015 and will become part of the global network of 700 repair cafes worldwide that are integral to a new movement of ‘making, modifying & fixing’.
This green innovation workshop will be organised from 10:00am to 4.00pm on Friday 21st November 2014 at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham.
If you are available, we would welcome your contribution to the co-design and development of FRC and repair/upcycling ecosystem in Farnham. Be part of the journey to develop a new initiative and have fun!
