Circular Ocean: Digital Platform

Open-sourced product concepts

The Centre for Sustainable Design ® at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) organised three innovation workshops to develop products from waste fishing nets, ropes and components (FNRCs).  #Net_Hack Challenge is series of creative, fun and innovative processes based on Professor Charter’s unique GreenThink process . Teams worked throughout the day to develop Solutions to a series of Challenges set by external experts. A series of product concepts were producted that have been open sourced – see below. #Net-Hack_Challenge is part of the Circular Ocean project. Circular Ocean is funded by Northern Periphery & Arctic Programme (European Regional Development Fund) and is being organised between 2015-2018.
